With over 15 years of experience across premier organizations like Force Motors, Yamaha India, and Mahindra & Mahindra, along with more than 5 years in real estate, he has built deep capability in marketing, sales processes, channel development, and client advisory across B2B and B2C environments.

An MBA from Symbiosis International University, Pune, and a Mechanical Engineering graduate from NIT Silchar, Puneet combines analytical rigour with practical execution. At RedBrik, he plays a key role in driving structured marketing processes, enhancing brand visibility, strengthening operational systems, nurturing and developing channel partnerships, and guiding strategic decision-making.

His data-driven approach helps identify risks early, ensure transparency, and align business strategies with long-term value creation for clients and partners alike.
